Jess is an incredible lash artist, her attention to detail is second to none and is always happy to accommodate to her client's needs. Jess goes above and beyond for her clients, and in my personal experience has always provided follow up to ensure that I haven't reacted towards the lash product as this was an issue I'd experienced with previous lash extension applications elsewhere. Over the past few years I have had my lashes done a number of times from different people. I can safely say that Jess is by far the best and I wouldn't go anywhere else now. Her lashes are so comfortable that I don't feel them at all and the retention is fantastic.
